I'm a Creative Operations Manager and designer with twenty years of experience across travel management, pharmaceuticals, publishing, and nonprofits. My work sits at the intersection of design craft and systems thinking — I can lead the creative vision and build the operational infrastructure behind it.

At BCD Travel, I manage a globally distributed creative team of thirteen, serve as the single point of contact for every creative platform the team uses, and produce executive-level work for Fortune 500 clients including Tesla, UPS, Adidas, and the IMF. I rebuilt a failed DAM platform from scratch, led a 16,000-asset migration in two weeks, and built a custom intake and reporting system inside Salesforce when better tooling wasn't available.

Before BCD, I spent five years at Meda Consumer Healthcare managing all packaging, advertising, and promotional materials for regulated OTC brands — with FDA compliance as a core requirement, not an afterthought.
